1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original retail packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (skincare cosmetic items or health supplements that have been opened/used), intimate items, and customized goods.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@nashvillebestbuy.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with the detailed return warehouse address. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
