Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders take 2-4 business days to process. Once shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers, so standard priority delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
A: If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at support@nashvillebestbuy.com to update your address. Once the order has been dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.
Q: What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
A: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, don’t worry. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product, and we will process a replacement or refund for you.
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, we have an easy 30-day return policy. The item must be unused and in its original brand packaging.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be credited back to your original bank/card account within 5-7 business days.
